March 1, 2011 - Remás was selected as one of four projects nationwide that will be featured in Making Policy Public, an initiative of the Center for Urban Pedagogy (CUP) in Brooklyn, NY. Making Policy Public serves a venue for CUP to collaborate with advocates and designers to create and disseminate a series of foldout posters that use graphic design to explore and explain public policy. The Remás poster will provide information about how immigrant money senders can connect with mainstream banks in a manner that increases their financial options, including less expensive ways to send money across borders. The project launches in Summer 2011.
